Payment will be made upfront in USD through Paypal only. DO NOT SEND MONEY TO ME—I will send you an invoice. Once the invoice is issued, you have 3 days to send me payment. I will not begin to work on the commission until then. Failure to pay the invoice within 3 days (unless otherwise discussed) may result in your commission slot going to someone else.MODIFICATIONS:
I will send a sketch before proceeding with the rest of the piece. You are allowed up to four (4) modifications at this stage free of charge. Once the sketch is approved, I will begin the lineart and color as necessary. Any changes requested after this point will incur a $20 per modification additional fee.REFUNDS:
I will only issue full refunds to commissions that I have not yet started. If you cancel partway through the commission, we can negotiate a partial refund based on the amount of work already finished. I will not refund a fully completed drawing for any reason.COPYRIGHT & COMMERCIAL USE:
All rights to the image remain with foxholdme, the artist, including its distribution and use. foxholdme retains the right to post the images publicly on any platform they see fit, including but not limited to, their social media accounts and portfolio. There will be a signature present on the artwork so foxholdme can be identified as the creator of the piece.The final product is yours to use for non-commercial purposes (e.g. print for personal use, post on your social media, use as a profile picture, etc.) as long as you credit my Twitter (@foxholdme) when posting the piece publicly.You may not, in any way, edit my art or use the final image for commercial purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, reselling my art and/or using my art on merchandise. If you wish to commission me for a commercial-use image, please contact me at [email protected] to discuss pricing.

Pricing

- The below prices are for single character illustrations.
- Additional characters will cost an extra 50% per character.
- Simple props (e.g. animals/pets, flowers, chair, books, food, etc.) do not cost extra.
- The prices for simple color and rendered commissions include a simple background color. I can draw more complex backgrounds for an additional fee, subject to the complexity of your request.
- Additional fees will apply for complex character design element, including armor, tattoos, and intricate clothing.
- OC design commissions will cost an extra 50% on top of the commission price so please have references available.SketchBust: $45
